TLCS is a licensed Group Family Daycare under the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. Our trained staff are CPR and First Aid certified and have undergone fingerprinting and a New York State comprehensive background check. All programs offer full or part-time care, scheduled quiet/rest time, hot nutritious meals and snacks, and accept private and state payments.
